Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Peck Collection, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- We cannot accept returns of opened or used wipes for health and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@thepeckcollection.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and opened products cannot be returned.
